The Road User's Line takes reports of problems that endanger traffic on public roads, such as a fallen tree, flooding water or slippery conditions. The call is answered by an operator at Fintraffic's road traffic centre around the clock, every day of the year.

Non-urgent observations about the condition of public roads are reported through the Palauteväylä feedback service at palautevayla.fi. Problems on a private road are reported to the road association.
