Account and Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your Tievahti account and associated personal data, please request deletion by sending an email to tuki
Processing of deletion requests
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process it within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days). Your account will be closed and the associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Data deleted from the Tievahti system
- Login credentials (email, password)
- Profile information (name, phone number, address)
Data in the road cooperative's registry
If you are a member of a road cooperative, the cooperative itself is the data controller for membership records. These records cannot be deleted by Tievahti without the cooperative's approval. If you wish to have such data removed, please contact your road cooperative directly and its designated contact person.
